And if your on windows, and IPConfig doesn't work (witch prolly means your using a really ol version of Windows) you could try WinIPCfg.
But, then again, both programs will (by default) tell you your local IP address.
Use
http://photono-software.de/Stealther...=&language=eng to see the IP address the outside world see you by. Now need to install any third party tool, just surf to it
