Hi fares, did you mean enable "Windows Audio" under Administrative Tools\Service ?
I have already changed it to Start automatically.
In 3663, you can install "Sound Recorder, Sound Volume" under Control Panel\Add Windows Components\Accessories and Utilities.
In 3689, it is just not there.
