A button on the main page for the forum would be nice too.
After looking through the code I suggest you strip out all that whitespace in the HTML. It'll make it faster to load and save your bandwidth.

One last thing. Put the Home button to the leftmost, then the Forum button after that. It'll feel more natural. User CP and Logout to the right edge. I think this how most ppl would like it. But I could be wrong
