The DOJ won't say anything. After the Bush administration took office, the DOJ was immediately ordered to drop all pressure on M$. The only pressure on M$ right now is the pending law suites by 9 states Attourney Generals. Also, there is an additional large legal action being developed by other states right now because of damages they feel that M$ has done thru their underhanded business practices.
DOJ, though? Forget it, their hands have been tied by their bosses - Donald Rumsfield and friends.
