ok my menu isn't showing up at all.  i've made one before and had the same problem but can't remember what i did about it.

then after i click ok or cancel it loads under construction with no menu at the top.

I know this may not help you but, if you open it up in opera all you get is "Under Construction" and NO error message at all.

yea i knew all you would get is under construction since that is all that is on the page right now.  but there should be a menu up at the top (just uploaded my old copy and its working, so it must be something wrong with the new one).  anyways, the old one is working right now so i might just have to change it.
