It looks like a rip off to me!  Why would anyone pay for kazaa to download things you can download for free with Kazaa Lite and still be popup free, have 24/7 access and all the rest (except technical support - which is likely bogus and just a support email address).  They tout that they offer a "Professional MP3 player" for free and it is probaly just a re-skinned version of WinAmp, which is already free.

This site is just some money making scheme and the people behind it are hoping that for only $1.50/month (for a full year at a time = $18.00) they can get a few hundred people to pay and they will make a quick buck.  Dont sign up...if you are that intent on pirating music movies and software, just download Kazaa Lite - or any oftthe numerous file sharing proggies- for free.

After some checks into this site a bit further you will find with any ICANN organization that the owner of the domain name is unnamed and based in Kiev, which is in Ukraine...a former Russin state.  I would highly doubt  the legitimacy of this site.  In fact I strongly reccommend anyone against downloading anything from that site and definitely don't give away any credit crad or checking account information.  Beware of this site as one can also find out, similar sites exist also registered in odd countries and cities and spoofing kazaa in search of money.

Kazaa Gold is a similar scheme, although cheaper than Platinum @ $29 (life time "donation") but why pay for something you can get for free.

I still am not to sure about Kazaa or KazaaLite, there is a lot of talk going around about both.....good and bad.

So walk softly and carry a big stick
