Challenge0001:

While logged in as a Limited User, you should be able to view all the running processes under Windows Task Manager > Processes.

This will test if you are an average or above-average user. Let's see who takes the challenge. :D

Pretty easy. If you have registy access:

Code:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Group Policy Objects\LocalUser\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000
"**del.DisableTaskMgr"=" "

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system\]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"DisableCAD"=dword:00000000

Um yea I thought that too at first but it dont work. Why? Because I have my system locked down. :)

Code:

Enter the password for Administrator:
Attempting to start taskmgr.exe as user "NEWBIESL-H097MD\Administrator" ...
RUNAS ERROR: Unable to run - taskmgr.exe
1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it
 has no enabled devices associated with it.

Think you can get into my system. I say oh hell no!!!

Read the attachments. :)

LOL. This information was not meant to hack into another user's system. :)
It was intended for local use *only*. And it works under within the Local Computer.

Thanks for the information Will. I am gonna try these today.
