Maybe a stupid question, but... during the re-installation of WinXP Pro I've made a typo error when I entered the default user name.

So is there a easy way to adj. this user name? Or must I reinstall this OS to correct my error?

Who knows a answer for this stupid mistake of me.  :unsure:

Make another user (admin rights) with the correct spelling then delete the other one.

click start, run, type:  control userpasswords2

find the account, hit properties, change the name, log out and back in :)
