You need DOS first right? There are free versions of DOS out there. Then read the rules here before your post # 2.

Is Windows 3.1 even considered warez anymore? Microsoft discontinued it, so that would make it abandonware. Which, from what i've heard, isn't illiagle(SPELLED THAT WRONG) to share...

even though they don't make money off of it anymore, it is still illegal

I agree that is is still considered illegal to give out a copy of an outdated OS, like Windows 3.1 - unless - it is clearly stated on M$'s site saying you are now able to freely distribute it...
