Had to reinstall Windows 2003 Server again, having shared and firewalled my Blueyonder broadband connection, the padlock (that simblifies its firewalled) and the hand underneath (indicating shared) does not appear even thought its enabled.

Any ideas?

Ahh rebooted tis fixed now :)
