can someone know why when I run some programs have this error message.I use win xp home sp1?

Hi guys!

I just fix the problem with rundll.exe and I post this how I fix it if anyone have the same problem!

I right click with mouse and select run us,when window open I only unchek the options:protect computer from unaunthorized program
and program run! :)
