Did a check of my (video-) codecs with 'GSpot' (excellent proggie!) and among all the 'ok' stuff, this thing popped up:

DSH YUY2 InterVideo Video Encoder ** File Missing: D:\Programme\InterVideo\Common\Bin\IVIVENC.ax

I did a fresh install of windvd5, searched the net - can't find this thing anywhere mentioned. :unsure:

Does anybody have this file and can tell me, how to fix this? There is a problem indeed, because I remember my machine stalling, when I played with the codec-options of zoomplayer.

Dont think there is a problem because I dont have that fil and I got windvd 5 installt

You see, I know, that the file doesn't come with windvd, though I must've had it installed sometime ago with another intervideo app. Trouble is, that for YUY2 it is missed for some reason ...

I think I caught it while playing w/ an intervideo product ... not windvd obviously ... could be some recording stuff ... whatever ... could you, dear reader pls (pretty please w/ sugar on top) search your disks for this? It's not that hard, so pls ...
