i am have a tektronix phaser 560
and when i print a 78 k picture it goes to the spool and the spool says it is 98 megabites i don't get it,it is originaly 78k how can it end up on my spool at 98Mb i was wondering if it is a printer problem or a software problem.it is a profesional grade printer that retails for 4,335.00 and has 40Mb of installed memory and is a postscript printer.
i am very puzzled by this.
any suggestions?:confused:
