I've discovered a way get the latest security patches for Windows 2003 without using Windows Update:

Get the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer:

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sec...s/mbsahome.asp
Then tick "Check for security updates" and untick the rest.

If there are any missing patches just hit the "Result details" link and manually download the patch(es). :D

Finally, something that actually works. I've been using the Update Fixer and it lets me into the Windows Update, but doesn't display any updates, when I know there are some available!! :blink:

no, but patches are there for reading about them...and for downloading...
