When trying to track a pinned thread (by clicking on "Track this topic" link), I noticed it did not appear within the subscription section under My Controls/View Topics...

The funny thing is that if I click the "Track this topic" link a second time, I get an error saying I already subscribed to that thread.

Any other thread (that is not a pinned thread) will continue to show up in my subscription list.

Anyone else encounter this issue?

Adding a little more info to my previous post on this matter:

The exact pinned topic I was trying to track was under Internet Security and Privacy which was Some good entries for your Hosts file.

After tyring to track the thread (by clicking on the "Track this topic"), it does what it usually does after tracking a thread - it refreshes the page. But, for some reason, this topic does not show up under my subscriptions list.

The funny thing is that if I try to click on the "Track this topic" link again within that pinned thread, it gives me an error saying I already subscribed to it... Again, not being able to see it within my subscription list.

Would an Admin please take a look into this when you get a chance?

weird, it might be a known bug in this version of the board... i'll look around ibf's support forums tomorrow, if not then i'll see if i can fix it

make a reply to it, just anything, and see if you actually get a notification email

I just replied to the thread. That made the thread appear in my subscription list. Possible bug with the "Track this topic" link with those threads that are pinned?

odd, i'll wait to see if RC2 of IBF1.2 fixes it, if not then i'll look into it, at least it works :D
