The rumours :

Clock Speed: 420Mhz (Bit of guess work there though it would seem reasonable)
Man. Process: 0.15µ (TSMC will have massively matured this by now - better high clock speed yields)
Pixel Fillrate: 3360MPixels/s
Texel Fillrate: 3360MTexels/s
Memory: DDRII 256MB 256bit
Clock Speed: 800Mhz (This is likely due to heat produced at higher speeds)
Bandwidth: 25.7BG/s
Everything else about the card should remain the same as the 9800PRO as it is essentially just a speed bump of R350 using a slightly more mature process from TSMC, remember the R350 supports DDR2 so no real changes have even been made, its just a question of accepting lower yields for a faster chip, something the ATi money men probably wont be that happy about having to do =)
