Hey does anyone know how I can unlock my Compaq Presario 4860's bios? When at the start I hold f10, I can get into my bios but it is only to enable or disable certain items... I would like to clock my P2 333MHz...

Anyone know wht I can do?

i am alomst positive that naem brand prebuilt computers like Dell. Compaq, IBM, and Gateway have thier BIOSs locked to prevent overclocking. I do not think there is any way to circumvent this lock either. If I am worng let me know so i I can overclock this 400MHz P2.
