ok, i'm not sure where i should ask this question so if i'm in the wrong section ... sorry. Here's my problem ... for the longest time now i've been unable to get onto Neowin site, and a few other as well. Other than Neowin ... which is a fave site ... i don't really care about the others. Whenever i get onto Neowin i get something stating that Apache has been installed, and that's as far as it goes. Now, is this a problem on my side, or is it on Neowin's? I do know that they are still up ... i just can't seem to connect.

generally, whenever you see an apache test page, it means that apache has just been installed, and they haven't replaced the test page with their website yet

more than likely they were either moved to a faster server, or their server crashed and had to be reinstalled
