Those downloads won't do you much good without a Key code...Which MS will email to you if you sign up for the download first...

Yes, this may be true, but some of us want it both ways ways. On the one hand, we cry bloodly murder when Micorosft charges 20 bucks for a beta of Office. Oh the nerve! How dare they charge me!

On the flip side, when they give it away, some people say we are being used as free beta testers to save Microsoft money.

Not to point you out in particular FrogBait4, but some people are very hypocritical in this area. Bottom line is, IMHO, if you don't like Microsoft's terms, don't use their products. Simple.

No, you are right...I am hypocrit! :(

I have been paying-Beta tester for MS for several years (Win2000; WinXP); have received free copies of Win2000 & WinME in "Launch" giveaways; have been given free MS T-shirt even, for Beta testing WMP 6.4...

...But I still complain!!!... :lol:
