I'm looking for software that will cap my upload speed on my computer when I want it to. Some of the sharing programs consume all of my upload bandwidth and I also have a server on my line so I don't want to take away all of my upload bandwidth. I've tried a program called Bandwidth Controller, but it didn't seem to work properly because it made my downloads really slow...
