1. Changed remote sort routine to use windows locale rules.

1. It seems the local view uses a more complicated sort not just based on the windows locale like I originally thought, So instead of the remote view matching the local, the local view now matches the remote.
2. Fixed Ident bug

1. No Changes

build 911 - BETA 4
1. Added support for reading 4 digit chmod values from the file listing.
