i can try a telnet to a specific port at the DOS prompt 2 c if the service yr running responds... ;)
like: if u have a ftp server running on port 21 :) |

@ XPatriot - Is this a http server? Because I never see the www used with the no-ip, are you sure it shouldn't look like this:

you can't ping a specific port
does your router have an option that is labeled something along the lines of Block WAN Request? If so, cut that off, and that'll let your IP be pingable. Otherwise, make sure the port is allowed in your firewall and make sure it's forwarded to your machine if you're behind NAT. |
