Symantec has made its 3rd external beta available for public test. There isn't much to go on judging from their site, they ask but do not require you to fill in a short survey. Most likely to update their internal demographics for the software. If we skip the licence agreement you can choose from a full installation download to an activex express mode which downloads the files from the Internet during install.
