What an amazing day the world has been watching today in Baghdad! I can't imagine what it's been like to live under a dictator such as Saddam, but the scenes of happiness from the Iraqi people I have been viewing are something I will never forget.
And while I respect the rights of people to protest this war, I am convinced that this was the right thing to do. For our coalition partners, I say "Thank you". What I have to say to those who were/are against us is not fit to publish on a public site. Suffice to say, we know who are "real" friends are. All I know is I am damn PROUD to be an American :D USA ROCKS! God Bless a FREE Iraq! |
Shouldn't that be in the war forum
Homie Btw: Let's not forget the pictures of the dead an wounded civilians too, cause that's what make me non proud living in a country contributing to this war. |
Seeing that statue of Sadam come down was pretty amazing!
Winning with overpowering weapons was never in doubt--it's what follows that we need to pay attention to. |
I'm happy it's been moving this fast. I'd like to see the aid (fresh water, food, med) get in there.
