I have been using Opera 7 quite a bit lately and I notice that with the Invision board quick post hack that when you submit a post in Opera, the post is made, but the page just sits there instead of refreshing to show the new post. Advanced post mode works fine and refreshes to show the new post normally so I don't know why quick post doesn't. Since advanced post works fine, it is nothing major, but I thought there might be a fix for this. It does the same on all the Invision BB's I go to, so I don't know if it is an Opera problem or an Invision problem using a non standard script.

Might be worth a check into.

yea i think it must be an opera problem. i've been using it alot lately and noticed that too.

i just now saw this... i've used opera before and never had a problem with it, i think it's probably just a problem with opera, all the quick reply hack does is just put the textbox here at the bottom of the posts and then posts then info to the database the same way as the normal reply feature does, then refreshes the page, i'll d/l opera and see if it works for me when i get home though

i tried, and i got it in opera too

i'm pretty sure it's just the way opera is handling the script, i'm pretty sure it's just a tag it doesn't support or something to that effect
