ok, i had this working but must have changed something and didn't realize it. running BulletProof ftp server. also have a d-link router.
on the router: i have the trigger port as so: 29900-30100 public port:10000-30200 trigger type: tcp public type: tcp server info: adams73533.no-ip.info port: 30000 user/pass: test/test i have set up a special folder for this account and there isn't anything in it. so if you could just make a text file and upload it or make a folder, then try to download it so that you are testing both directions. also you have read, write, append, make, list, and subdirs. no deleting allowed. also, xp's firewall is disabled. any info on what i've done wrong or anything would be appreciated. thanks. |
I tried several times using flash fxp as the client, i'm behind a router myself so maybe that is why i can't get in... I 'll try something else...

Seems to work. I had to tick PASV mode and also site uses IP Masq/NAT/Nonroutable IP.
Made a dir and put some warehouse fonts there. |
ok thanks unicorn. going to still leave this open as before only some people could get in and i want to see how many still have problems.

I can get in, but is slow when entering PASV mode.
I changed to ACTV mode, but got 425 Cannot open data connection (10061) then it changed itself to PASV. It locks up at the LIST command.... Indy |
