the only one I can think of that I visit regularly is Road to Recovery, James55's board. I think there are about 30 members, It is a board for people who need support in recovering.. I like it because it is different. 5 out 5 for a rating, although I wouldnt say it is directed at the masses, you have to be in the right mind set for to enjoy visiting, ie you are in a positive mood and want to help or you are in need of help.. not a place to have a flame war.
other than that i really only visit warez related boards\,\\ |

***Not the name of link to it BUT what it is like an emu forum wrestling forum etc....... ---For me, I like to visit futuremark. 2.How many members does each forum you visit have ---"Discussion Board users: 75089 total | 62 new in last 24h | 237 currently online" 3.what are the good things you like about them ---There is a lot of people that know a lot about hardware. Also has the 3dmark program which I use to test my systems. 4.what are the bad things. how do you think they can change them. ---Flamewars, they always have the nvidia or Ati people that like to argue which is better. 5.what would you like to see in a non-warez forum or message board. ---People that just like to have fun and talk about different issues. 6.What are your rateing of each forum. ---Futuremark is a good place, so I would rate them high on the scale. 7.Any comments you like to add to this post. May I ask why? Are you thinking of expanding eSc? |

1.What non-warerz forums or message boards do you visit.
Appleinsider.com (Members: 7632) Not really a forum but more of a speculation site @ macosrumors.com macnn.com -=Most users ever online was 482 on 01-07-2003 at 11:55 PM 2.How many members does each forum you visit have --Included with part 1. 3.what are the good things you like about them The are all about Macintosh computing. 4.what are the bad things. how do you think they can change them. For having members contributing access to betas discussed in the forums, hopefully not illegal, but for learning how to use the software. 5.what would you like to see in a non-warez forum or message board. I would love to see if the BIG companies would allow forums to actively participate in testing beta software. However, that is nothing to do with the forum, more to do with the company sueing the forum community. 6.What are your rating of each forum. They are all GREAT forums. They constantly discuss Apple beta software. Jaguar, Powerbook G4s :):) 7.Any comments you like to add to this post. AppleInsider.com had many members loose their jobs @ Apple, because their company was frightened about secrets getting let out. I would think that if people know how to use your software, the more the better, get the bugs out, if people want to test it let'm. But I'm just a small student as of right now. :( Having a forum actively pirating software is not great and could cost the companies that put out those titles serious cash reward, though people should be encouraged to share w/out the threat that they will loose their job and anything of that nature. Mabye there are people that do not have Apple Developer Subscriptions, as they cost $500 dollars (standard), and they might love to test out new Apple software to review it and let others know if its stable and or what current bugs might be. Digital, if you or anyone else has questions about what I'm tring  to convey, please let me know when ever possible. |
