A REPORT ON NEOWIN said Microsoft has turned on its digital rights management (DRM) service for Office 2003.
The technology is called "Windows Trusted Platform Technologies", and takes the shape of a plugin to shield their documents using a combination of DRM and Microsoft Passport, said Neowin. Neowin has a heap of screenshots which it claims as exclusive up on its website, including protected email in Outlook 2003, setting up DRM, and protection for Word 2003. Read More News Source |
