Not for long :(

They removed that topic again, and the server that was hosting the files isn't reachible anymore. Downloads were cut off, wherther completed or not.

Microsoft on Wednesday inadvertently provided developers and enterprise customers with early access to the second testing version of the next version of Office, known as Office 2003.
Sources confirmed that the reason why msdn subscribers got beta 2 before the technical beta testers was becuase MSDN jumped the gun as the cds have not even been manufactured yet.

Office 2003 Beta 2 was posted on the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) Web site on Wednesday, with access available to individuals or businesses subscribing to the service. Microsoft later removed the software.

Here is a message from Microsoft to Office 11 beta testers:

Some of you may have learned that beta 2 bits were erroneously posted for a
brief time Wednesday afternoon on Microsoft's MSDN Online site.

Unfortunately, this posting was in error as we are still finalizing
additional materials (in addition to just product code) to provide you with
when the beta 2 kits ship in the very near future.

You will be receiving emails from Microsoft Beta Services and the Office
Team in the next days and weeks regarding the upcoming beta 2 release.

Thank you again for your interest in the Office and Office Family products,
and we look forward to hearing from you in beta 2.
