I think this has been talked about before, but when I get PMs now, I don't get a pop up window, and the only way I even know if I have any is to open up my sidebar and click on member options/privite messages...

It shows up on top of the home page, but I miss the pop up window....

Is that feature not with us any more ?
Or what do I need to do to get it to work for me again ?

try going into your control panel and turning the option on and then off, i'm not sure why but some people get a popup window and some don't

I have to second that. I didn't really notice till BigHead50 pointed that out. :unsure:

It works for me (I get popups).
Running Opera 7.01, allowing popups in the background, no other popup stopper loaded.

i think i know the reason: some ppl use pop killers and some ppl don't.
mystery solved. no probs with BetaONE, it is our prob. :)

I tryed turning the popup setting off, then back on and will see if that helps...

This Used to work for me until just a week or so ago..

I don't have Any popup stoping programs installed either...


ANOTHER question..

When are you going to go with the FINAL on the 1.1 ? ?

Its been out for a while, I think I have seen other boards with it installed...

Just curious why we haven't upgraded yet...

That could be the reason for some of the problems we seem to have...?

i'm going to try to finish upgrading everything tomorrow after work or this weekend, whichever i have more time, i'm usually the one that does board mods and upgrades and i've got a job now @ my college helping out in the IT department, so i've been practically living at school the past few weeks between classes and work, but i'm off after noon tomorrow and this weekend, so i should be able to get it fixed one of the two :)
