I had a "tweak" program for winxp and decided to put a message on the screen during bootup.I then wanted to stop this message i tried through the program but it still comes back.I have now deleted the program and set it back to default but the message still appears.Any ideas how i can stop this from appearing?

go to local secrity policy from administrative tools in control panel and look for option of interactive log in message on the screen and disable it.
