IN A SIGN OF IMMENSE POPULARITY, Futuremark has managed to deliver a denial of service attack on itself by launching 3D Mark 2003. Professional testers and home enthusiasts have eagerly awaited the new test for graphics cards.

We still aren't certain exactly what the new test contains. Trying to log onto the Futuremark site has so far proved to be a very long wait. It took six minutes just for the first page to appear and that is still a few clicks away from the 3D Mark product page.
