Can you extract all the contents of the disk and just put them on a cd?

I dont want to waste a cd, and im lazy.

Does anyone know?

If you want to make a bootable XP CD all you need to do is download http://home.online.no/~msols/xpboot.bin and follow the steps in http://winxp.bink.nu/bootcd/default.htm :)

You no need to copy the stuff from a bootable floppy to the CD to do this....

I hope that was what you were asking. :

Don't know how to say this but, the XP boot floppies are more 'powerful' than a bootable XPcd. For example, when I partitioned my HD with Partition Magic, I could no longer boot from my legal WinXPMSDN CD. But I *could* boot from the floppies!?!?!?!?

In seems the boot sector on XPcds is weak?

So I also would like to know if you can turn the 6 (?) XP boot floppies into a CD?

This has been done on the Nin1 SuperCDs.

Just follow the boot process. It will show
the way to do it.
