Do you know any good program I can import my VCR/DV Camera to make VCD/DVD?

I have Ulead VisualStudio 6 which came with my AIW 8500 card, but it crashes after I installed the latest AIT Catalyst 3.0.

What do you think the latest MS Movie Maker 2??
