If you know what you are doing, the one roadworker suggests is better. Just be careful.

Gottta agree. I've been using the jv16 powertools for some time now and really like it. I use it to check the registry any time I uninstall any programs to clean out the gunk left over. Overall it is a great utility, and a new version is in the works now with some release candidates already out.

Use Total Unistall 2.31 to monitor your installs,afterwards,you can easily remove most of the junk when removing a program.......then you can run jv16 ^powertools... ;)

Nope....it's not.....latest 1 is 1.2 RC 2..... ;)

System Mechanic isn't bad,but it's dangerous to use .........
