what is the best free web hosting host out there. please don't say Lycos, cause i hate ADS. if there are any free web hosts with no pop-ups and no on-page-ads, could you please let me know where?

Not a lot of choice nowadays but give _http://www.web1000.com/

a try, mind you they are pretty hot on the illegal stuff and will delete without question ;)
