It seems this multimedia enchancment is availible for download from Microsoft's servers at the URL below.

As this is a commercial product it will not function until it is activated, so to use it the product needs to be purchased to obtain a valid key.

This demonstrates the first small addon pack released by Microsoft that makes use of WPA.
