I agree, but Linux is still VERY HARD to learn, use and configure, when compared to Windows... so no way...

Good point. But I'd still like to give Linux a go. :D

Linux is very  indeed for servers soluations that's for sure, as is Netware

Windows 9X/ME/NT4/2K/XP has and may always be the public's NO.1 chioce I think.

But the real high powered server systems like "SUN" use LINUX/UNIX/NETWARE operating systems for MAX uptime

I can't say Linux, as I dont use Linux as my primary operating system. I think that linux is superiour in many ways, but the main limiting factor towards migrating towards linux is application and software compatibillity.

I have to constantly handle documents that are almost always in Word format, and I havent yet seen one Linux proggie that can read/save to word files without completley messing up the formatting etc.

If more drivers were availible, and compatibillity layers such as Wine were improved, there wouldnt be anything stopping me from using Linux full-time...
