Windows .NET 2003 RC2 3in1

Web EditionRC2 , Standard EditionRD2 and Enterprise Edition RC2.

I installed Web Edition RC2 but Virtual Java and Audio doesn't work on my system amd I installed Standard Edition RC2
and Virtual Java and Audio doesn't either.

install your audio manually and enable the service from services.for java install it manually as well.
