WindowBlinds is the lame crap that takes over your desktop with crappy buggy images. Its got some cooler functions than style xp/uxthemepatcher, but in lightness and non-bloat it cant even be compared with the uxthemepatch.

Uxtheme is free!

On the other side, uxtheme doesnt work on 98 2k and so on, but windowblinds works even worse on 98. On 2k it works a bit, but its still slow and buggy.
