what CDR media you reckon done the best for ya?
atm i am stuck with TDK. i used Verbatim in the early stages.... just bought a 50 CD stack of TDK GOLD. it just says multispeed. without any information like 1x2x4x8x16x24x32x40x48x :o i wanna know if it is 48x compatible as well. has anybody burnt it in 48x? |
I got some Imation 48x compatible ones, 30 for £10 jewel cased :D
|
i just get whatever is either free or real cheap after mail-in rebates. haven't had any problems with any of it. most of the time its either verbatim, imitation, prime peripherals.

I use Memorex. |
I used Aritas for a long time, now I'm on Sony. Both brands will do the job for me on 48x.
For CD/RW I only use Sony 10x, and that also works fine. |
TDK seems to be a good choice, among with some others
Have a look here hxxp://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?threadid=57145 Just o'clocked my liteon 40x12x48 to 48, but didn't burn any cd's at 48 speed yet ;) |

Hi Flanderz,
Don't know if this is the right place to discuss here ? It can be done by flashing the firmware of your writer with a small program :MTKFLASH.exe You can find a lot of info here: (for Liteon drives) xttp://club.cdfreaks.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=44 Greetz greypigeon |
i mainly get tdk, verbatim, imation, or the generic blanks from compusa
