2x cdrom
3&1/2" drive.

I know its really bad, but its a friends and he just wants it to get on the internet with. well i got win95 on it using my cd-rw because it found it, but now i'm in windows and neither cd drive will show up. Do I need to install an aspi driver or what? thanks.

sounds like that your bios setting need to be set to "see" your roms.
Try hitting f2 or escape when you first start the computer, go into bios setup and make sure that Both ide controllers are enabled, you may even have to set them to "cd" on some older m-boards.
Also if you have the setting on the rear on master instead of slave you may have this problem also.

the settings were set right because it was running win95 before the format. I needed a driver because it was one of the old cdrom drives that plugged into the soundcard. I have got the driver and everything is up and running. thanks anyway.
