I just upgraded to the last version of media player 9 build 2926 and now i can't play .wav any longer.
i keep getting this message : WMP cannot play the file. The file is either corrupt or the PLayer does not support the format you are trying to play. THe files are not corrupted and are simply .wav files ?!?! Does anyone know what i can try to solve the problem ? I already checked and .wav are selected as file type....this is weird never had a problem b4 this build...... |
Try downloading and reinstalling again

Hi
I recently tried installing 2926 but the player version stays at 2903 (which was my previous install). I've tried reinstalling (mpsetupXP.exe) three times now and also tried removing it first via Windows Components. Anyone else been running 2903 and upgraded to the new 2926? Has yours stayed stuck at 2903 too? Any solutions/suggestions? Thanks, E3 |
