Ok, maybe I am just not seeing something here... but how do you share a folder on a network that is password protected? IE: only the people who know the password can access the folder. I know previous versions of windows allowed this, but I cant seem to find how to do it in XP. Anyone have any insight?

It's a matter of permissions.
If you have a folder you want a specific user to be able to read/write from/to that folder has to be shared. Then check the permissions and allow noone but that user to handel the files.

(Of course that person has to have an account at your computer, ie a username and a password. Here is a difference to win9x systems. Set up the useraccount first, then share the folder.)
