Noctua NH-U12P Heatpipe CPU Cooler
 

Noctua (http://www.noctua.at/) is an Austrian designer and manufacturer of computer cooling components that gets right down to business with their products. No gimmicks, no frills, just well conceived coolers for cases, processors, and chipsets that "serve their purpose in a smart, precise and reliable manner."

We have reviewed a few Noctua products over the past few years, and their performance has always been exceptional. But no matter how well previous products perform, they have to keep innovating in order to keep up with the demands of today's systems. We first looked at their NH-U12 CPU cooler (http://www.bigbruin.com/2006/noctua_1) back in May 2006, and this review is going to take a look at an updated version of the same product, the NH-U12P.
