Yahoo! Tries to Make Itself "Buzz"-Worthy with a Digg Clone
 

Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Propeller - there are so many social news sites it's nearly overwhelming. And now Yahoo!, searching (pun intended) for a way to distract us from Microsoft's bid for it :-), has entered the fray, with Yahoo! Buzz (http://buzz.yahoo.com/), entering beta today.

Unlike other social news sites, Buzz doesn't take content from just anywhere. Stories come from pre-approved news publishers (100 to start); users vote, pushing stories to the top of the home page.
