The CloneCD homepage used to have a complete listing on CD/DVD-ROMs know to be able to read subchannel data (or not), but it looks like it's no more online... :(

Anyway, I remember reading about Toshiba DVD drives being "very good quality". I own one and yes it reads that stuff...

Hope this helps

The 2 best Cd Writers out there are Plextor 24x10x40 and the Lite-On LTR-24102b 24x10x40.
The Lite-On is the cheapest of the 2. You can pick that up for around $110.00 and it can read just about everything out there.

If your into burning games both of these burners can read Safedisc 2 also. Which means you can just burn with CloneCD and play it in any CD Drive.:D

I have the Lite-On and I think it's great

Here's a couple links to some good forums:

Very much appreciated, for all the reply that you have given to me guys.

It's a hard decision... Thoshiba or LiteOn, looks for me both very good devices. I shall see what's available in the local hardwarestore...

THX for all your help guys.
