Microsoft to Offer Subscription-Based PCs in Russia

Microsoft announced Wednesday at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona that it is teaming, through its Unlimited Potential Program, with the Russian company Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) to offer 85 million PCs on a subscription basis in Russia.
