Microsoft Responds to Yahoo's Rejection

As you're aware, Yahoo! officially rejected (http://technologyexpert.blogspot.com...rosoft-is.html) Microsoft's unsolicited bid this morning. Microsoft has already fired back, via a press release. My guess is they probably had this all prepared and ready to go over the weekend.
