BEST Registry Scanner?
I have used Registry Mechanic for a long time. It is not aggressive and doesn't blow any good software. Others seem to take out my HP All-In-One Printer/Scanner/fax registry entries, thus requiring I reinstall.
After running Registry Mechanic and making repairs, I installed and ran the following programs: Registry Medic v.5: 338 errors Registry Genious v 2.6: 1,463 errors RegCure v. 1.5: 919 errors. This wide range of results is mind boggling!!!! Anybody have views on registry cleaners? What's best? Observations? Comments? Hard knock experiences? |
I like and use Max Registry Cleaner but only use when needed!
To clean up after uninstalling a program, use a uninstaller like Your Uninstaller. (Shareware) It will clean up the Registry while it uninstalls. I personally use both Max Registry Cleaner and Your Uninstaller |
Thanks for your input UserNeeds. I didn't know about Your Uninstaller and find that to be a great way to go, since it does a scan realted only to the uninstalled program.
